The story of Tulip - vintage feather fascinator headband
Angelina was whisked around the tent being introduced to all the big-wigs of her new client's company. There was something humanising about meeting a successful woman when she had great big feathers poking out the top of her head. The collective silliness of it all seemed to make people more willing to have a laugh and let the pretences down. That was certainly a new 'races' experiences for her. In her younger days, going to the races had meant dressing up to the nines with a fascinator or hairpiece precariously balanced and walking around like you owned the place - whilst callously judging other girls who were doing the same thing. It's nice to be a grown up, thought Angelina.
