Christmas Deliveries

Please note our warehouse will be closed from Friday 23 December 2011 to 9th January 2012. Orders placed during this time will continue to be processed and will be shipped as soon as the warehouse reopens in the new year.

Delivery time frames and charges

At Accessory Heaven we want you to get your orders safe and fast. We offer two delivery options for you to choose from:

Our products are shipped using various postal and courier services to best deliver your product to you. All items are shipped at the buyers own risk however we do provide track and trace on all our shipments.

Order handling is usually completed within 2 business days and then your item is posted using the selected postal or courier service.

Wrapping

Our range of high quality and unique products make the perfect gift. All our products come 'naturally gift wrapped' because we believe even you deserve to feel special when you are opening one of our orders. Our products arrive in beautiful boxes adorned with aspirational quotes that you'll just love. We only ever send a shipping notice with our orders - never an invoice - so you can feel safe sending it straight onto someone to recieve as a gift.

International delivery (outside Australia)

International delivery is available for the following prices:

Oceania (Asia Pacific):

• Standard: $16.95
• Express: $26.95

International:

• Standard: $29.95
• Express: $59.95

GST will be discounted on international orders so you will save 10% on the prices listed. Depending the your destination you may be liable for customs duties in your own country and we are not responsible for any customs charges.

Out of stock items

We carry all the items listed directly in our warehouse. However, if for any reason an item you have ordered does become out of stock we will notify you via email with an approximate delivery date. You can choose to wait for the product to come into stock or cancel your order for a full refund.
